  1. I see you have more than one set of Bach Rescue Remedy - a mild sedative, very good. Surveyor is a long list of non-natural (all at once). I think your comment about feeling the pain of life is willing to try the herb St. John. If sexual in nature, try an herbal tincture of caste. The 5HTP is a chemical that may help you sleep, and the corresponding tryptophan (the thing you sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner - Turkey). DRASTIC expect anything, but you will feel the impact. I hope you find what works for you. Another suggestion: No drugs or herbal or mineral is so effective for me, and 20 minutes meditation. Good luck, God bless.

  2. Yes, St. John's wort for depression is effective. Take at least 3 mg. daily, 2-3 times per day. You feel better in about 2 weeks. However, do not take prescription antidepressants or sedatives.

Stress or anxiety should be distinguished from depression and as such there are things you can do to stress, such as bath oils, herbs, massage oils are treated (you need a partner for this course), meditation, exercise and better diet, even a decent sleep can work wonders, if only trying to make time for yourself, even if you're not too busy, simply put aside an hour or more, just about anything else than the stress itself, the simplest answer is not always the best, and rarely taking a pill is not the answer.

    You can take a drop several times a day and is safe for animals and humans.
